Inspired by WWE and John Zorn, PARADES is a one-take full length experimental album and musician's game involving heightened personalities, rule breaking, and structured improvisation.

Recorded after my mother's Celebration of Life, Parades brings together some of my closest friends to create a multimedia presentation like no other, combining athletic theatre, avant garde game pieces, and documentary filmmaking.

Downloading the album gets you FLAC recordings of Parades, scrapped album covers, and the official rulebook to play Parades with your orchestra! Because the title of this record is so long, make sure to change the folder you are downloading the record into has a shorter name. If you use the automatic full title for the album and the folder, Windows computers will not be able to extract the album.

As included is a bonus track- The Bonus Jam, which was recorded with a cycling group of musicians later that night, while one-by-one each retired from a day's of hard work, ending with a performance of "Orange Cream Dream" played by Coy Octo Record's darling I Failed My Times Tables in the Sixth Grade for an audience of just Wyatt and Zion.

This is the third and final in a series on grief, preceded by Victory Lap and The Whintosser.

These are all so good, I don't know how to pick a favorite track. Hilarious lyrics. I settled on The Smack for sentimental reasons: high-school memories of peer-pressuring debate teammates into slapping themselves in the face by slapping ourselves in the face.
